1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Restra Menu, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.

2. Payment and Access Policy

Advance Payment: Access to Restra Menu services is provided only upon successful advance payment according to your chosen plan.

Entry Key System: Upon payment, you will receive a unique Entry Key. You must enter this key within the platform to unlock your restaurant dashboard and menu features.

Plan Duration: Your access is strictly limited to the duration of your purchased plan. Once the plan expires, access to the dashboard and public menu will be revoked automatically.

3. Plan Renewal

To maintain uninterrupted service, you are responsible for renewing your plan before its expiry. Failure to renew will result in your digital menu becoming unavailable to your customers.

4. Lifetime Purchase

The "Legacy Access" or Lifetime plan entitles you to one-time payment for permanent access to the platform's current features. No further renewal payments will be required for this plan.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the menu items and prices displayed.
  • You must not upload any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party copyrights.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

6. Limitation of Liability

Restra Menu is provided "as is" without any warranties. we are not liable for any business losses, downtime, or data loss resulting from the use of our service.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice. Pricing is subject to change, but changes will not affect active plans until their next renewal.
